FlowTV - Live TV ("the app") is a UK TV guide application for Apple TV. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Short version: We collect minimal analytics data to improve the app. We do not sell your data. Subscription billing is handled entirely by Apple.
Information We Collect
We collect limited, anonymised analytics data through Firebase Analytics. This may include:
- Channels viewed and search terms used
- Which channel packs are subscribed to
- App errors and performance data
- General device information (device model, OS version, country)
This data is anonymised and cannot be used to identify you personally.
Subscriptions & Payments
Channel Pack subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment details, Apple ID, or billing information at any point.
Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled through your Apple ID account settings.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect:
- Your name, email address, or any contact information
- Payment or billing information
- Location data
- Browsing history outside the app
- Any data that can personally identify you
Third-Party Services
The app uses the following third-party services:
- Firebase Analytics (Google) — anonymised usage analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Apple StoreKit — subscription and purchase management. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
Data Retention
Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months in Firebase, after which it is automatically deleted.
Children's Privacy
FlowTV - Live TV is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Rights
You can opt out of analytics tracking in your Apple TV settings under Settings → Privacy → Analytics & Improvements.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
