Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't I see some channels?

Some channels require a Channel Pack subscription. Free channels are available to all users. Head to Settings → Channel Packs to see what's available and unlock additional channels.

How do I watch a channel?

Select any channel card and press the Watch Live button. FlowTV - Live TV will open the relevant streaming app on your Apple TV so you can watch straight away.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → Users and Accounts → Subscriptions on your Apple TV, or visit your Apple ID account page on any device.

I purchased a Channel Pack but the channels are still locked.

Go to Settings → Channel Packs → Restore Purchases in the app. If the issue persists, restart the app and try again. Still having trouble? Email us at support@flowtv.uk.

Programme information isn't showing for a channel.

Programme data is fetched live and can occasionally be delayed. Wait a few minutes and the guide should update automatically.

How do I add a channel to Favourites?

Open the channel detail view and press the star button. Your favourited channels will appear in the Favourites tab for quick access.

Is FlowTV - Live TV available on iPhone or iPad?

FlowTV - Live TV is currently available on Apple TV only. It's designed specifically for the big screen experience.
